Many wonderful changes comes in our life after meditation.you will feel an extraordinary power after apply meditation in your life. It increase your mind power, physically strength and power of remembering. A man who works regularly in his daily busy life and wants to be relax yourself then ten minutes meditation can relax to his body and mind. There are some steps to do meditation First, sit a place where nature is very close from you close your eyes and don't think anything'else in your mind. Focus on any one thing in your mind and you can chant any mantra. you can do it in any time but in early morning it works better.
